Joshua Bloom has practiced law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and throughout the United States for more than thirty years. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, negotiation, contract drafting, strategic and leadership counseling, mediation, arbitration, and litigation before federal, state, and local trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.

In 2022, Mr. Bloom was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve as an Executive Board Member of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, where he currently serves as Chair of the Rules Committee. The Supreme Court also appointed him to serve as an Executive Board Member of the Pennsylvania Appellate Procedural Rules Committee from 2013 through 2019. He has hosted broadcasts of oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on PNC TV. He is also certified by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania as a Federal Court Mediator.

He has served as a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Business Institute, and many other national and local organizations, speaking on negotiation, collective bargaining, arbitration, litigation, strategic counseling, trials, contracts, appeals, ethics, labor and employment law, constitutional law, administrative law, entertainment law, and other topics.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, federal administrative agencies, and the courts and administrative agencies of Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Pre-Law, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1996.
